- Festival participation and elucidation invitation is sent to Pan – Armenian organizations, Armenian cultural Unions of Diaspora, creative groups, soloists, cultural workers and information means
- Festival participants’ claims acceptance period is affirmed until July 15.
- Events’ preliminary programs are formed, which will be held in Yerevan, RA regions and Artsakh within the frames of the Festival.

Invitation to “One Nation, One Culture” pan-Armenian cultural III festival

Dear Compatriots The traditional “One nation, one culture” Pan Armenian cultural Festival is held under the high Patronage of the President of Republic of Armenia once per 2 years since 1999 in Armenia and Artsakh, for Armenia-Diaspora spiritual – cultural relations’ strengthening, with the aim of collaboration development and deepening between Armenians’ 2 pieces. All Armenians cohesion in the Motherland round the national art and culture, isn’t the only best tradition to rally the cultural undertakings of Armenians- spread all over the World, but also is an important factor of Armenians’ protection, an important spur of the national spirit rise. Dear compatriots “One nation, one culture” Pan Armenian cultural III Festival will be organized under the high Patronage of the President of Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsian, from 17 to 23 August 2008 in Armenia and Artsakh. Festival organizers are RA Ministry of Culture, RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and “One nation, one culture” Fund. We hope, that the Festival will not only grant a wonderful opportunity for cultural values’ united presentation in Homeland, but also for cultural main issues joint discussion. Ensembles, soloists and creators, as well as, Armenian cultural unions’ and other structures’ representatives can participate during the Festival. For dancing-masters and choirmasters are also foreseen to hold master classes within the sphere of the Festival. “One Nation, One Culture” pan-Armenian cultural III festival participation conditions |
For Festival participation, is necessary to fill appropriate application forms and send them to “One nation, one culture” Fund until July 15, 2008. Participants cover transport and stay costs. The other costs, referring to the Festival participation covers the Staff Committee. Keeping in view, that the timetable of the Festival will be possible to form only after participants’ applications’ summary, hence the participation of the given creative group or individual is guaranteed in Festival events’ program, if the application form of whom is received till 15.07.2008.
