The aim of “One nation, one culture” Pan Armenian cultural Festival – program /henceforth – Program/ is:
- Favour to the preservation and development of Armenian culture and cultural identity in Diaspora,
- Support to Armenia – Artsakh – Diaspora cultural ties’ fastening and development, cooperation new formats’ formation,
- Assist to the cultural ties’ deepening, joint programs’ cultivation and realization between Armenia and Diaspora young creators,
- Contribute to the contemporary Armenian art’s development and advertisement,
- Favour to the Pan Armenian professional inner force’s revealing and rally, create Pan Armenian professional escorts within the sphere of the culture,
- The struggle against Diaspora estrangement and linguistic-cultural loss,
- Diaspora creative youth’s involvement to national culture’s preservation process
- Pan Armenian cultural programs’ joint cultivation and realization mechanisms’ creation,
- Diaspora creative groups’ and cultural organizations’ whole informational data barn’s
creation, informing level advance of their activity in Armenia.

PROGRAM’S BRIEF DESCRIPTION, FORMAT AND PARTICIPANTS
The program will be arranged during the whole year with the following two main components:

а) Program’s preparatory works - advertisement materials’ projection and preparation, notify, “Armenia – Diaspora cooperation’s” and “One nation, one culture Festival’s” anthems’ competition arrangement,
b) Armenian executive art’s days- concert events, executive art workers’ Pan Armenian congress, master-classes (July – August)

About “One nation, one culture” Pan Armenian cultural IV Festival’s invitation |
Dear Compatriots With the aim of Armenia-Diaspora-Artsakh spiritual – cultural relations’ strengthening, Diaspora creative youths’ involvement to national culture’s observance process, as well as, Pan Armenian professional potential’s reveal and consolidation in Armenia and Artsakh, “One nation, one culture” Pan Armenian cultural IV Festival will be organized under the high Patronage of the President of Republic of Armenia in 2010. Festival organizers are: - RA Ministry of Diaspora
- “One nation, one culture” Fund. Supported by: - RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs - RA Ministry of Culture - Other state authorities and public organizations Within the frames of the Festival is foreseen to arrange various cultural events, congresses, Armenian culture’s different spheres’ main tasks’ discussions, professional escorts’ creation, master-classes for dancing-masters and choir-masters, tours and other events during the year. I. Festival participation conditions
Festival participants cover transport and Yerevan stay costs, the other costs, referring to the realizing events’ organization - within the sphere of the Festival, cover the Festival organizers.
Keeping in view, that events’ final programs, organized within the sphere of the Festival, will be possible to form only after participants’ applications’ summary, hence the participation of the applier in events’ program is guaranteed, if the application form of whom is submitted in determined form and period.
