 | The realization of "One nation, one Culture" Fund is a pleasant surprise. The Fund has not had its precedents, and we will do everything for it to exist and serve its elevated and fine purposes.
I consider my obligation to mention the role of Fund executive director Tamara Poghosyan, her colossal energy and ardours in the Fund creation affairs.
Let us serve to that noble affair with faith and devotion. The time will estimate the Fund's vitality. We've expectations, we've the faith.

| I estimate the organization of "One nation, one culture" Pan Armenian Cultural first Festival, arranged in our Motherland this year, and the creation of the namesake Fund, as an important event of our nation's cultural life.
One of the most primary bridges of strengthening and developing mutual relations between the Armenia and Diaspora, is the cultural relations' strengthening between the Armenians, spread all over the world.
The great mission in this sense is the newly- created "One nation, one culture" Fund's realization, the Trustee Council staff of which includes nearly all our Pan Armenian structures' representatives, the activity of which is connected with the culture.
I greet the realization and creation notions of "One nation, one culture" Festival and Fund, and believe, that these inspiring events will give new souls and spirits to the cultural life and to the Armenia- Diaspora relations' strengthening.
