Fund
The Fund charter is established according to the RA Government - N 585, April 14th, 2004 and N 829, June 3rd, 2004 decisions.
The Fund is registered by the RA juridical persons' state register central body, in June 17th, 2004; the registration certificate is - 03 A 069326
The RA is the Fund constitutor, in virtue of the R.A. Government.
The Fund functions in all RA areas and in foreign states, proper to the charters of those states.
The Fund activity term is permanent.
Fund Activity Matters and Aims
1. The matter and aim of Fund activity is the creation of favorable conditions for the cultural observance, dissemination and development and the realization of cultural workers' social protection
2. The Fund tasks are:
To assist: - The art and cultural inheritance protection, dissemination and development in the R.A. and the Diaspora
- The cultivation of the strategy projects within the cultural frames
- The reproduction of creative inner force
- The cultural workers or their unprovided families social defenses
- The exhibition organizations and the Festival, scientific seminars, Assemblies arrangements
- The cultural frame professionals training and retraining, by means of training organizations
- The creation of information granaries and nets.
- The cultural tourism development in the RA
To favour: - The development of International cultural cooperation
- The realization of other activity, not prohibited by law.
The Fund Property
The Fund property formation sources are:
- The founder's investment
- The physical and juridical persons' donations and endowments, as well as, foreign citizens, juridical persons, International organizations' donations and endowments
- The money entries from the R.A. state budget.
- The financial graces
- Means, received from the economic companies' commercial activities, created or participated by the Fund or itself
- Contributions- means, ensued by means of cultural and other events, directed to their accumulation, from the finance procuring activity
- The other means, not prohibited by law.
The Fund Trustees' Council can award the honorary titles to those persons who will bring great benefits to the Fund organization works and means recruitment.
The Fund Council
The Fund Councils are:
The Trustees' Council is the Fund's supreme govern and superintendence releaser body.
Counsel sessions are convened periodically, not less, than once in quarter.

The supervision and publicity in respect of Fund Activity
The Fund established by the R.A. legislation order, leads Financial and statistical statements.
The independent auditors fulfill fund's financial statements' audit, at least, once a year.
The Fund, during the 6 months of the financial year's end, has to announce about the following, in the press:
- The report of his activity
- Its annual finance report
