THE GALA-CONCERT
ENDED IN STEPANAKERT
 "One
nation, one culture" Fund had organized gala-concert within
the frames of Armenian Army's creation and Shushi liberation's
15th Anniversaries' celebrations. The project, started
on January 28 on Armenian Army's day, had concerts with
Gyumri, Vardenis, Armavir, Etchmiadzin military units,
soldiers and Youth Volunteer Unit (YVU) members' participation.
But the gala-concert put its last accord in NKR with final
concert, arranged in Stepanakert Officer house. As we
were informed from "Azg" daily newspaper's correspondent
Kim Gabrielian, NKR Parliament, Government, sacred class,
country's art lover society representatives, soldiers
participated during the event. Before gala-concert's start,
the participants revered their immortal memory for the
soldiers, died in Artsakh battle, with one minute silence.
Tatoul Altunian song-dance state ensemble of Armenia,
RA folk artist Raisa Mkrtchian, reciter Silva Yuzbashian,
singers Rouzanna Avetikian, Arsen Grigorian and others
took part during the concert.
A video material was presented
during the event, telling about the Jubilee events. And
at the end of the concert, Fund's Executive director Tamara
Poghosian sent her word of thankfulness and congratulation
to Artsakh population, who could defend the fatherland
inflexibly… NKR education, culture and sport Minister
Kamo Atayan signified "One nation, one culture" Fund's
role in Armenian's unity defence process in his speech,
and assured, that Stepanakert will become one of the Fund's
centers' part and will assist all its future undertakings.

Devotion to the Armenian Army
"One nation, one culture" Fund organizes gala-concert
in RA regions, NKR and Armenian Army's military units
within the frames of Armenian Army's creation and Shushi
liberation's 15th Anniversary. Yesterday, gala-concert's
participants, famous singers, artistic ensembles were
entertained in Armavir region, Soviet Union double hero
marshal Hovhannes Baghramian's educational military unit
with Fund's working staff. Roaming in military unit, talking
with soldiers, were introduced with their daily life,
tasted military dinner and in warm atmosphere began the
gala concert, during which the soldiers went on stage
and danced unembarrassed with singers Alla Navasardian
and Rouzan Avetikian. Silva Yuzbashian's recite, Tatoul
Altunian's song-dance ensemble and the others speeches
merited a special notice.
The holiday mood soared
in military service and the soldiers' inspiration flamed
up more, when "One nation, one culture" Fund's
Executive director Tamara Poghosian went on stage at the
end of the concert, congratulating the present ones apropos
of Armenian Army's 15th Anniversary, and present/awarded
the message of congratulation to commanding officer, colonel
Arthur Baghramian. And the 2nd battalion's sergeant-major
Davit Hakobian, 4th battalion's sergeant Arayik Zakarian,
from tank battalion Armen Mkhitarian, from 1st battalion
Arman Haroutunian and Vahe Shahdzanian were awarded with
rewards, defined by the Fund, for the model behaviour
during the military service. The sergeant-major Sir Baghramian
expressed his special appreciation to the artists and
the Fund for such holiday mood and concert organization,
which "has a great role in our soldier's fighting
ability rise process".
After the concert "Azg"
talked with the soldier Tigran Mkrtchian (from Etchmiadzin,
who serves in the Army approximately 3 months). Tigran
said sincerely: "It was difficult at first to be
adapted, but now I'm already adapted and it's a great
honour for me to serve in the Armenian Army, consequently
I could overcome the psychological difficulties".
The 2nd company's commander
captain Ruben Hovsepian infomed, that 4 motor rifles /infantry/
and one tank battalions basically work in military service,
where passing educational training 6 months became section
leaders and specialists. Military units officer ranks
are recruited frequently in V. Sargsian military Institute,
RR and abroad with graduates, passed special military
education.

"One nation, one culture" in military units
Events, devoted to Armenian Army's creation's 15th Anniversary,
were going on. "One nation, one culture" Fund
will organize gala-concert in RA regions, NKR and Army's
military units within its frames in February-May.
Yesterday's concert in H. Baghramian's educational center
of Ministry of Defence in Armavir, replaced the first
concert organized in Vardan Achemian's State Dramatic
Theatre in Gyumri on February 22.
Till the meeting concert part, reporters had the opportunity
to be introduced with military unit's prosaic life, be
associated with commanders and soldiers. Became clear,
that those, who had spent their military services in winter
months in Armavir region, specially are December draftees,
according to whose words- it's not difficult to serve
in the army, as many people have mounted preconceived
opinion.
What concerts to the day's main event- the concert part,
educational center's all military units of Armavir were
gathered in military unit's cultural hall during that.
Approximately half an hour singers and ensembles, arrived
from Yerevan, granted pleasant moments to soldiers with
their performances. "What's our force in this complicated
district, our statehood's development and the further
reinforcement's guarantee?. We can fact confidently, that
the symbol of that force is the eternal unity of our army
and nation, our national soul's ascent, and such kind
of events aim is to deepen army-society interrelations
and the more important - to express our thankfulness to
army creation process harnessed ones'', said ''One nation,
one culture'' Fund's director Tamara Poghosian, who gave
small souvenirs and bouquets to military services best
conscripts and commanding officers /commanders/. The row
of this celebrations - trended to soldiers and army's
fighting spirit's rise, will be finished in Kharabakh,
with events- devoted to Shushi's emancipation's 15th Anniversary.

Gala-concert - to the
Armenian Army's 15th Anniversary
The Independence declaration of 1990, by which is heralded
/announced/ the Independence of Armenia, opened new perspectives
in National Army's creation process.
"One nation, one culture" Fund organizes gala-concert
in RA regions, NKR and Armenian Army's military units
within the frames of Armenian Army's creation and Shushi
liberation's 15th Anniversary.
Fund's Trustees Council with cultural workers visited
Erablur pantheon at first, decorated our brave and selfless
warriors' tombstones, incensed, revered their immortal
memory with one minute silence and the first cultural
event began from Shirak region. During the gala concert
in Gyumri V. Achemian State Dramatic Theatre's hall on
February 22, were invited RA Ministry of Defence, RR Ministry
of Defence military installations' leaders and conscripts,
allocated in Gyumri, who jointly realize our country's
frontiers' faultless defence. Among the guests were also
the perished soldier's parents, "Army Society systematizing
council" President Margarita Khachaturian and NGO's
representatives, occupied with the army's main issues,
whom soldiers' presented flowers. A bit later the four-month
gala-concert began with Tatoul Altunian state song-dance
ensemble's speech, where participated Ensembles and soloists,
arrived from Yerevan, as well as, military units' creative
groups, soloists, located in Gyumri. Nice performances,
replacing each other, enraptured the present ones during
the concert, but when singers Alla Navasardian, Rouzan
Avetikian went on stage, the hall joined in singing with
inspiration and danced in rows and on stage. The audience
impression was very emotive, when our Armenian soldier
was dancing proudly, rejoice so, as defence the borders
of our country. Was notable also "Zorakan" ensemble's
soldiers' speech of military house of RA Ministry of Defence
(art director Aram Galstian), Silva Yuxbashian's recite…
At the end of gala-concert, "One nation, one culture"
Fund's Executive director Tamara Poghosian thanked the
Russian 102nd military base (which is settled in Gyumri)
and its commander general-mayor Andrei Khalzakov, on behalf
of the Fund, awarded message of congratulation and souvenirs,
apropos of "The day of Motherland's defender",
celebrated in RR. Messages of congratulation and 25 watches
were awarded to commanders and soldiers of 55035, 56952,
69334, 53661, 40359 military units, on behalf of Armenian
Army's 15th Anniversary, wishing them cloudless sky and
peaceful service. Manuk Manukian expressed his deep thankfulness
to "One nation, one culture" Fund for works,
done with RA Ministry of Defence by Government, mentioning,
that such kind of events' arrangement will have an important
sense /significance/ to Armenian soldiers' fighting ability
rise. The soldiers were satisfied and impressed, during
the conversation with them 55035 military unit's soldiers
Gagik Ghazarian and Hayk Egorian specially mentioned:
"It's a great honour and merit to serve in the Armenian
Army". Hayk lived in Moscow and specially came to
serve in the Armenian Army, to pay his duty towards the
Motherland.

Gala-concert,

liberation's 15th Anniversaries celebration. Fund's Trustees
Council with cultural workers visited Erablur pantheon
at first. Put flowers on victims' tombstones.
The first cultural event began from Shirak region. During
the festive event in Gyumri V. Achemian State Dramatic
Theatre's hall were invited military installations' leaders/
heads and conscripts/soldiers/ of RA MD /Ministry of Defence/,
RR MD, allocated in Gyumri, who realizes our countries'
frontiers' faultless security. Among the guests were also
the victims' parents, Armenian Government's representatives-engaged
in Army's main points. A bit later started four-month
gala-concert with Tatoul Altunian's state song-dance ensembles'
speech, during which participated military units' creative
groups, soloists from Gyumri and Yerevan.
At the end of gala-concert, "One nation, one culture"
Fund's Executive director Tamara Poghosian, on behalf
of the Fund, congratulated Russian 102nd military station's
staff, apropos of Motherland's defender-observed/celebrated/in
RR, presented /awarded/ a congratulated message and souvenir.
Some Armenian military units' commanding officers and
soldiers also received gifts.
