     The II "Dolphin games" held between the youths' of IRC countries, started on September 26 2004, and on the next day - on September 27, took place the solemn opening of the festival in Moldova National Palace.
     More than 800 sportsmen from IRC 10 countries participated in "Dolphin games", as well as, from Bulgaria, Greece, Japan, Latvia and Estonia. Competitions took place in the square of Kishinev National Big Assembly, until October 1.
     The competition passed between 19 nominations: sing, dance, circus and photo art, graphic, Web - design, disk - jockey, folk trade, piano, violin, folk instruments.
     The "Stefan" album and the booklet about the Republic of Moldova were presented to the Festival each participant
     The "Dolphiada" hymn was sounded in 3 languages 7 days in Kishinev (music: the Moldavian composer Constantine Rousnac, speech: Ludmila Sobetsky).
     The "Dolphin games" passed in Delphi city of an Old Greece and were devoted to Apollo God. From 1927 to 1936, the "Dolphin games" started again in Greece.
     In December 2000, the International I Festival "Dolphin games" was arranged in Moscow. The "Dolphin games" took place in Bryans between the youths of IRC countries, in 2002.
     The Festival solemn closing ceremony took place in Moldova National Palace on September 30, in 2004. Here the dolphin fire passed to Ukraine, where will take place the next Festival of "Dolphin games" in 2005.
